This private suite is bright yet calming with a soft color pallet. Tastefully decorated for a inviting & relaxing ambience, offering a great way to unwind after a long day. The suite is not shared with anyone else and includes a private full bathroom (no tub), a separate bedroom with comfy double bed and soft dreamy pillows, along with an additional comfy double bed in the living room area with privacy curtains. There is a partial kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave,toaster oven, induction cooktop hotplate,Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils. In a hurry in the morning, no worries, a continental style breakfast is available for short term guests. Staying longer, no problem, full laundry access available for a small fee. For your entertainment needs WIFI, CABLE, Netflix and a Large Screen TV bring the comfort of home directly to you. There are three smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher installed for your safety. There is also an HEPA air purifier as well.

The house is located in a quiet developed residential area, with friendly neighbors and street parking. You will be within walking distance of major banks, ATM access, Lawson Heights Mall, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, Sobeys Liquor Store Hens Ruys Soccer Centre, Lawson Civic Center Pool/library, Motion Fitness, BJM & Marion Graham High Schools, and 5 km from the SaskTel Centre for concerts, sporting events and functions. Easy access to downtown and the beautiful river bank with miles of walking/biking trails.

When travelling I have found the Airbnb experience to be convenient and very satisfying. As such I decided to become an Airbnb host. I have lived in Saskatoon all of my adult life therefore very familiar with the area and able to recommend things to do while visiting the bridge city. I enjoy walking, biking, playing soccer and meeting new people. My place is clean, spacious and well suited for singles, couples or families.

The Suite is set up to be convenient & as easy as possible for your stay. You will enter thru the side door located on the left side of the house, with direct access to the suite (immediately on your right when you enter), with keyless entry (codes will be provided upon arrival) for both the main and suite doors. The entire space is private for guests and not shared by the host in order to provide privacy for all. You are welcome to come and go as you please. The Host occupies the main floor of the house & is available as needed to offer suggestions of things to see and do while staying in YXE, to ensure your Airbnb experience is top notch. When booking PLEASE let the host know what your EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME will be and the NUMBER OF GUESTS arriving. When there is more than one guest there is an additional charge of $10 per guest per night . You will note there is a no smoking/vaping/drug policy, quiet time restriction from 11 pm to 7 am, a a small cleaning fee of $20 CAD and a $500 CAD security deposit. The security deposit is not authorized or charged to your card unless damage is incurred. PLEASE read everything thoroughly before booking so that you are fully aware of the requirements to ensure the Suite meets your travel needs.
