The central location is perfect for access to the creative quarter only 2 minute away and town centre less than 10, while the flat floats along in its own world. The history, culture, art and excitement in Nottingham are easy to see in the space, and a laid back friendly atmosphere make the place feel like a home.

The "castle" sits between 2 historic churches and has views over to Nottingham castle and as far as the airport and power station (it's actually very cool). The location is lovely and quiet and is only minutes away from the hottest part of town.

I can either be here or not be here. My work allows me to be at home a lot of the time so I can be flexible with freeing up the space. This also means that I can have a lot of free time if you are interested in seeing the city and enjoying a part of my 10 years living here.
