This condo is well designed for you to have a terrific time with your own space on your floor with your door to come and go.

It was remodeled with hosting in mind. The handcrafted pop-up table creates space for eating or a workstation. The countertop surfaces are recycled wood slab tabletops from Kickapoo, a Keystone restaurant. Stow your luggage in the compartments of the Pottery Barn bed. The mini bar features a Keurig, tea kettle, microwave, fridge, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils and more.

Wifi included. Basic cable too. If TV watching is important, bring your login/password for your Hulu, Netflix, or YouTube accounts.

Parking is available in the condo complex parking lot. No garage. Bus stop a block away on Main St.

The space is free of other condo walls and does sit atop one unit's garage and along the exterior stairwell. The balcony greets you with a view of Little Chief Mountain and is shared with the neighbor condo. Smoke/drug free inside and out.

Directly across from the clubhouse, where you'll soak in the hot tubs, warm up in the sauna, go for a dip in the heated pool, or play billiards or foosball. Looking for a place to read or use your laptop, the clubhouse can be an extension of your place. It's nice to have the clubhouse reopened post COVID lockdown.

Optimal location! Restaurant a block called Tavern West or meander down Main Streetto a plethora of restaurants.

My favorite two coffee shops are Rocky Mountain Roaster and Abbey's (find out why Dave & Suzie named their coffee shop this).

My favorite book store is The Next Page.

Frisco Historic Park hosts weekly summer concerts and a variety of festivals. Main Street boasts BBQ Fest, art festivals and concerts.

The Frisco Marina is a mile down Main Street where you can paddle, sail, or motor on Lake Dillon in the summer. Reservations encouraged.

All these unique experiences are within walking distance from the condo.

The complex is well known for short term rentals including many who return year after year and have turned the place into their family reunion hub. A few owners, like myself, live onsite 365.

Discovered Summit County more than 25 years ago by teaching skiing at Keystone. Fell in love with the lifestyle here. Ventured to Europe to be a luxury bike guide & HR manager only to circle back in the winters for several years. Honored to work at the fire department for my community. Possess a high affinity for travel and want to pay it forward by hosting folks and serving as an ambassador for where I live.

My dog thinks Summit County is the best place to romp. She sails, cross country skis, hikes, swims, and chases chipmunks and birds. Not sure what she'd do if she bumped into a moose. She takes her greeting job seriously. It pays well according to her - free meals, treats, pats on the head.

Residing onsite makes it easy to answer your questions. If you're here for R&R, then no need to disturb you. The place comes with a greeter and alarm system so to speak. The Bernese Mountain dog may want to greet you or bark an alert for those in the external stairway. She can be gated off from your space.
