Welcome to the Gathering Place. Relax, unwind and enjoy all the wonderful things that Lake Geneva has to offer. Your perfect location, One block to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurants and the park.
Built in 1863. Located in the Maple Park Historic District. Recently updated with all the modern conveniences. Relax on the front porch, take a nap in the hammock, unwind in one of many adirondack chairs by the fire pit or take in lake views from the rear porch.

There are two Primary bedroom/ bathroom suites- one on the 1st floor and one on the second. A queen sized bed outfits the 3rd bedroom, and the 4th bed/bunk room has a twin over a full bed. A pull out sofa is offered on the 1st floor family room. The kitchen has everything you'd expect at home. The baths are fully set up with soaps, shampoos and towels. There are tons of beach towels as well in the 2nd floor linen closet.
The dining room opens to the kitchen with a massive harvest table where the meals, card games and conversation will be talked about for years.

Everything is so convenient. Walk to the beach in a minute, walk to the park in under a minute, walk to get your morning coffee at Starbucks is only a few minute walk. Shop 'til you drop and walk home. Leave your car in the driveway.

I’m a St. Louis native who graduated from Principia College went to work out in LA got transferred to Chicago for four months in 1990.....and never left. My wife Corrie (Texas A&M girl) purchased this home in 2005 to get away from the hectic schedule of the city and with three kids it was the ideal location! We love being in Lake Geneva during every season.... even the winter with the ice caves/castles & ice sculptures to visit. Not to mention ice fishing and walking back from the lake with fish to fry up and a warm fire to watch while my friend sip their drinks!
But no doubt the summer is where it’s at. Being on the boat, relaxing in the sun on the beach and walking back home to the relax on the hammock are the most enjoyable things!
Bring your friends and see what I’m talking about. Memories are made here!
