You could not ask for a more tranquil and private place to call home during your vacation to Aspen. Recently remodeled to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, this basement level condo is ideal for travelers looking for a cool, quiet getaway. The condo is located down one level from the front entrance and right next to the spacious recreation area with pool, hot tubs, gas grill, lounge furniture and exercise room. With the convenient access to parking and the recreation area, the local area shuttle to get you to Aspen and the ski areas, and just a short walk to downtown Aspen, this is the perfect place to call home during your visit.

The open concept floor plan with modern furnishings, comfortable living room seating and a dining area to accommodate all guests is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and/or family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or just enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Aspen has to offer. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. The basement level bedrooms provide a relaxing and tranquil place to get a great night's rest, so welcome after a long day of adventures. The home was intentionally remodeled with large windows to bring in as much ambient light as possible, providing a sense openness not typically found in a basement unit.

The Chateau Roaring Fork condos are located just 4 blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. The free local area shuttle stops just across the street every 20 minutes, allowing for quick and convenient access to the grocery, restaurants, shops, Aspen Mountain and Rubey Park Transit Station where you can catch free shuttles to the Maroon Bells and any of the other 3 ski areas. This condo is a great vacation rental choice any time of year!

We have been in Aspen since 1992 working in travel sales, vacation rentals, and property management. It is our passion to share our wonderful destination with guests from around the world and are pleased to be able to do so through our business iTrip Vacations Aspen Snowmass.

Whether you are planning your trip in the summer or winter our team would be delighted to help you arrange your idea of a perfect vacation. Our experience in this destination is vast. We are all avid skiers, bikers, and hikers. We enjoy the incredible arts scene in Aspen from the Theatre in the Park to Aspen Music Festival to live music at the Belly Up. The restaurant and shopping options are amazing. There is something for every taste and budget.
