This cozy two-bedroom apartment is newly renovated in a modern décor with artfully chosen pops of colour. The apartment features an open-concept living-dining area with a comfy couch, dining table and a sleek kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. We are very responsive to messages.

The Building
Stanley Court is home to nine urban apartments fully designed and developed by Simplissimmo. They come equipped with everything you need, and the building has a washer and dryer in the basement. Stanley Court also has its own private courtyard—hence the name—with benches and a fountain. It’s your own quiet oasis right in the heart of downtown Montreal.

We’ve got you covered. The room includes blackout curtains, a king sized bed with a high quality memory foam mattress.

Feel like staying in tonight ?
Cooking is a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

Forgetting something ?
Don’t worry, we’ve taken care of the toiletries and towels. As well, a washer/dryer unit is located in the building for those last minute loads ($).

Need to stay connected ?
Effortlessly access free unlimited wifi for the duration of your stay. Work or surf the internet with our high-speed connection. Plus access all your favourite Netflix shows with a Smart TV.

Unfortunately, there is no parking on site. However there are many options available nearby. Our closest parking suggestion is located on 1445 Rue Stanley, Montréal, QC, H3A 3T1 Daily cost is around 19$CAD.

How do I get around ?
Take advantage of the accessible Montreal bus and metro systems (a 2 minute walk or less) or explore the city’s underground network. Peel station (Green line).

How do I access my apartment ?
Our online check-in and digital lock access codes are an easy and independent way to gain entry to your home away from home.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
With a Walk Score of 100, it doesn’t get more central than Stanley Court, located at the heart of Montreal’s shopping and business district and right next to Peel subway station. In the summer, the courtyard is shared with the patio of the popular Deville Dinerbar. In fact, there are countless restaurants, cafés and pubs in the area, like local favourite Bier Markt. Entertainment is also close at hand with the Scotiabank Movie Theatre, the Bell Centre and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts all within a few blocks.
