BEEN ON 3 ACRES WE WELCOME PETS (house rules apply) PETS MUST BE NO THREAT TO OTHER ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY. IN SEASON WE LIKE TO OFFER A VARIATION OF OUR FRUIT AND VEGGIES. FRESH EGGS FROM OUR GIRLS AND DUCKS. COME AND ENJOY THE PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS AND PRISTINE BEACHES.

Lovely studio situated 22 km from the famous duke of Orleans bay, via Esperance Western Australia. Has every thing needed to enjoy a quiet peaceful holiday. Situated on 3 acres, this studio sleeps up to 4 people. It has a Queen size bed, with a sofa bed that acts as a double. A fold out cot is also available for an infant. It has a New kitchen with all modern appliances. The studio is fully contained with a laundry and shower and separate toilet.. Big BBQ, with outdoor setting under the spacious veranda, Lovely clean rainwater is available to drink and to bathe in. If it is peace and quiet you love than this is the spot for you. The local tavern has a restaurant, and shop available for all the necessities you may require. The winery is just down the road and has some lovely wines to offer. If you like to spend a day fishing and have your own boat, we have plenty parking space for that. The National Park is close by for all you adventurers. The famous Duke Of Orleans beaches are only a 15 minute drive away with lots of good swimming and fishing spots. The white squeaky sand and crystal blue ocean will appeal to your eyes. A very picturesque spot to boast about. The beautiful town of Esperance also known for it's beautiful beaches is only a 70 km drive. This is truly a home away from home for you country loving folk, or you city folk that need a relaxing holiday. Come see for yourself!!

Born in NZ and have been here in Australia 20+ years with my husband Sonny and 3 children who have blessed us with lots of grand kids. 8 girls and 5 boys amongst them. My husband and I have spent a lot of our years in the shearing industry. I had a change of pace when I decided to exceed my cooking career and hospitality found its way into my life. Eventually I decided to put my natural cleaning and styling ability to work and found myself in the hospitality sector which i enjoyed and now do it for myself with Airbnb. My Husband still shears the odd sheep, more work than he can handle most times and has a small mowing/tree/gardening/run around for the kids business.
