The laundry is equipped with washing machine and drier, before using washing machine ensure to open taps in cupboard beside the washing machine, and conversely turn taps off upon completion of wash.
A washing line is located just outside laundry door, if weather is inclement use the drier.

A good quality vacuum cleaner is located in the laundry.

Bathroom:
The bath room is provided with haircare and body wash liquid.
The bath room exhaust is activated via a separate switch near the light switch.

Decking:
Decking with adjustable awning, remote control or manual.
Electric BBQ located in garage, just plug in to the decking electrical outlets.

Garage:
Storage facilities is located within the garage.
Remote for garage door located in the key tray.
2 bicycles and helmets are free for use located within garage.

Upon your departure the property will be cleaned, and laundry will be done by our cleaners, we would appreciate if you could carry out some basic house keeping on your departure.
