Close to airport, bus stops, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, parks, playground, fast food and restaurants.

Guests will have full access to the private basement suite that has its own kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining area, living area and laundry room.

Guests will no longer have to worry about finding a sidewalk parking spot as we have our own designated parking space for guests.

Paul and I are filipino family who loves going and exploring to different places. We know how lovely and easier it would be to stay in a home with all the needed amenities during your stay. I worked for years in companies where providing excellent customer service is really a must, which I can also apply to our guests from Airbnb and in line with this, top-notching the feedback and surveys from my clients is not just something, but overwhelming and heartwarming experience that I felt just by providing outstanding and exceptional help to those who are in need. Our property that is on Airbnb is a newly renovated home that will give you privacy and convenient location, as it is really close to everything and will let you be at ease as you will be staying in the safest area of Saskatoon, the East Side. It also comes with the basic amenities to make your stay a lot easier.

We are just upstairs neighbor, so if you have any guest concerns, we are just one knock away. Please note as well that we have a nine year old son and a three year old baby that live with us upstairs.
