This dream villa is perfect for relaxing with a book in the outdoor cabana, an in-home massage or dips in the pool after a long day of boating, surfing, fishing, hiking or sightseeing. This stunning home was designed so you have different spaces to enjoy the sunsets all year round. The sunsets are better than a post card. Depending on the time of year, you can view the sunset from the pool, indoor living room or outdoor terrace. Each part of the home was designed with the experience of the space in mind. The mornings are absolutely beautiful in the villa, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, breakfast and perhaps a morning dip in the pool. The villa features a modern designed pool with an outdoor shower and multiple places to relax. There are 2 tanning floaters to use in the pool. The outdoor Cabana has a removable top and completely reclines for sunbathing. The main house uniquely architecturally opens up so you have the option to enjoy the main home as an indoor outdoor space. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, imported bedding, AC and hot water. The living areas have oversized couches with imported Italian fabrics. Enjoy relaxing in the villa with your own tunes, there is a large bluetooth speaker in the living room where you can connect your music to. Enjoy relaxed evenings looking at the stars, listening to your tunes or watching a movie on Netflix with the open air living room and hanging pendant lights delicately lighting the room. The villa is perfectly centrally located in San Juan Del Sur. You have the benefits of being just minutes north of town and minutes south to the most popular beaches!
The villa is perfect for romantic getaways, small groups and small families. (no kids under 12 / no pets)

Everything including the home design, wood furniture, kitchen and lights were designed by the owner and made by local artisans. The upholstery was hand sewn by a local seamstress with comfort in mind for all of the spaces. The tile in the pool, outdoor shower and stairs was designed by the owner. Each tile was handmade by the local artisans in Granada. The owners built the home with wanting to give back to the community. A portion of your rental will be donated to an orphanage in Granada (the girls home). We hope that your experience at CASA CHILL will be memorable!

Casa Chill is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. The neighborhood is El Encanto Del Sur just up the hill overlooking Playa Nacascolo. The home is perfectly located just far enough out of town to escape the hustle and bustle of town. Casa Chill is centrally located, just minutes from town and the most popular beaches. The Entrance to the neighborhood front gate is accessible directly from the Chocolata Road. Driving Directions via google maps can be accessed in the check in instructions.

Marsha is free to answer any questions at any time. We are happy to assist in transfers to and from the airport and any other transportation needs throughout your stay if you are not renting a car. If you are renting a car, A SUV or 4x4 is always recommended if you plan to drive to all of the beaches as the roads are not always in the best shape. You do not need a 4x4 to drive to the house. We highly recommend Sugey’s Nicaraguan breakfasts, lunches and dinners. It’s so nice to wake up to breakfast ready on the table or to lounge by the pool without worrying about cooking. She will do all of the shopping, cooking and cleaning afterwards!. Please let us know ahead of your arrival if you would like any dinners cooked by a local chef, breakfasts cooked by Sugey or in Home massages.
We can arrange for private yoga classes in the home as well as other beauty services.
