Cute condo in a wonderful downtown location. Free parking! Walk to Music City Center (4 blocks), Country Music Hall of Fame (4 blocks), Titan’s games -just across the bridge -15 minute walk and you’re inside the stadium! Honkytonks are 5 blocks away! This is a remodeled condo in a fantastic complex, Jessica lived here full time for years. It is a studio with a brand new comfortable king bed, a custom made sofa sleeper and updated appliances. You can walk to anything you'd want downtown! A very sweet condo in an awesome location! We provide all the extras, robes, iron, hairdryers, toothbrushes, coffee & oatmeal, towels, shampoo and more!

Books almost every night of the year!

We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire cleaners that not only work hard, but are friends of ours. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. We give bonuses to our cleaners when guests leave feedback stating how clean the home is, which happens often. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it immediately!

Pets welcome but we ask they stay off the furniture, we provide lint rollers to use to remove hair off of furniture, and truly appreciate guests using them upon departure :-)

Big Nashville events include NFL, NHL, any concert at the Ryman, CMA Fest, NFL Draft, Grande Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, George Jones Museum, Johnny Cash Museum, Patsy Cline Museum, Musician's Hall of Fame, events at the Omni, JW Marriott, Music City Center, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Ampitheatre, and Bridgestone Arena!

Safe and comfy! Mostly young professionals. SoBro is the fastest growing area of downtown and is completely walkable! New restaurants and venues are opening constantly, the Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Hank Williams Museum, The Southern, Husk, Pinewood Social, 3rd and Lindsley, The Listening Room, Farmhouse, Etch, Bakersfield, Music City Notes, Barlines, Bob's Steakhouse and more are all located in the SoBro area of downtown. It's a short walk to all the fun of Broadway and 2nd Ave (4 blocks or .5 mile/.8 kilometers). There are also free buses that run throughout the city to carry you from the excitement of downtown to even more upscale restaurants and shopping in the Gulch and Germantown.

Hello! Thank you for looking at our homes! All are in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas, and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, East Nashville home with a heated endless pool, game room and hot tub that sleeps 10, seven trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, a sweet, completely remodeled 1957 Airstream camper that sleeps 3, and a Golf cabin in the mountains! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our house boat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhoods. We love Nashville, I teach 4th grade in East Nashville and am also a local realtor with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though I've also assisted my Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a Nashville Native and a realtor, I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fan and attend many of their games. We love all kinds of music and catch many shows, especially because it’s easy to grab last minute tickets!
