Looking to book your next family get-away? Look no further! This spacious home situated beautifully on 200` of Cayuga lakefront will be sure to please with amenities for everyone!

Walking in on the main floor, you`ll find a large open floor plan. The Dining Room, Kitchen and Living Room are all open to each other with high vaulted ceilings and tiled floors. There is plenty of seating in the Living Room with 2 separate seating areas. The large dining room table seats 10-12 and there is an additional smaller table that seats 5.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware and has a sit-up island.
Off of the kitchen, you`ll find a large office room with a gas fireplace, games, sofa, desk and TV. This room has a sleeper sofa and doors that walk out onto the driveway as well as a door that closes this room off from the rest of the house, making it a perfect spot to add as another bedroom area.
Also on the main floor you`ll find the Master bedroom/bathroom as well as a second bedroom and full bath.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with french doors that open out onto the deck overlooking the lake. There is a full bath attached to the master bedroom with a glass shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bathroom is just outside this bedroom door. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs you`ll walk into the family room with several couches, a pool table, several bar tables, a wine bar area, large screen TV with SONOS surround sound and the wine room. This large open family room has 3 sets of doors that open out onto the concrete patio overlooking the lake. The wine room has a small sink as well as a mini fridge.

You`ll also find two more bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of Double beds and doors that lead out onto the patio. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of Twin/Double bunk combos. There is an additional 3rd full bathroom between these two bedrooms with a tub/shower combo.
The laundry room is also downstairs with a full washer and dryer for you to use.

The lawn is large enough for lawn games and has level access to the water with several hundred fee of private lake front. The dock area is great for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The dock also has two boat lifts, one for a pontoon and one for a boat, for your use so bring your boat and enjoy the lake life! There are 4 kayaks at the house as well--2 doubles and 2 singles.

If you`re not fond of swimming in the lake, there is a lovely heated, in-ground pool overlooking the lake for your enjoyment, with a seating area and wood fired pizza oven pool-side! There are many gorgeous gardens surrounding the house and the pool and patio. THE POOL IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USE FROM MID MAY TO OCTOBER, OR WEATHER PERMITTING.

The house has a large wrap around deck facing the lake and there is plenty of outdoor dining space as well as a large gas grill and Green Egg smoker.

Located just 30 minutes North of Ithaca and 30 minutes from Auburn on Rt 89, this home is easily accessible and close to area attractions, all while still having privacy and easy lake access. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck, facing East with stunning views of the lake.

**DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, boatlifts, and/or mooring facilities are adequate.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.

Rural area, easy access off Rt 89. The house is located along the lake with a quiet neighborhood. Goose House is set in a farming community with a beautiful sheep farm across the road from the house.

We are a husband and wife vacation rental management team from the Finger Lakes and we are excited to have you book your vacations with us and with our our hospitality company, Linger Hospitality.

Our heart really belongs here, we think it is one of the most beautiful spots in the country. We are raising our brood of 4 children here, on a small farmette that currently is home to two crazy Weimeraners and a flock of chickens. We live, overlooking one of the lakes, and because we get to watch the sun rise and set over the lake day in and day out, we know that you will love it just as much as we do! We love the culture of our communities here and are excited to be part of the community through our vacation rental business. We have watched these small towns grow to support the up and coming food, wine, and beer industries that are a huge part of what makes the Finger Lakes special, as well as the laid back lake culture, and anticipate a wonderful future serving our guests that come through this region to enjoy all of these and more. We strive to make our guests feel as at-home and welcomed here as any local would feel. We look forward to serving you!
