The Sebel harbourside 301 is a privately owned apartment inside the Sebel Hotel at Kiama. It is located right on the harbour at Kiama with great views and is a short walk to town or the beach.

Sebel Harbourside 301 is in a great central location,within easy walking distance of all amenities. The studio apartment is stylishly furnished with great views from the balcony.

** How is the property laid out? **

Sebel Harbourside 301 is a King bed-sized studio apartment that features an open plan layout, ensuite bathroom including bath and separate shower.

The kitchen includes two stove top electric cooking rings, an oven, a dishwasher and a bar fridge.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? **

WiFi is available for purchase from the front desk of the Sebel Hotel.Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a large outdoor balcony with alfresco dining table and chairs.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Sebel Harbourside 301 has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and Peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands.
