The air-conditioned 2nd floor room has a private entrance and parking spot and includes a kitchenette, shower room, vanity and Queen bed. Telus optic TV and internet are included along with many other niceties. A shared back deck is available for BBQ's or lazy afternoons/evenings. Perfect for couples, 2 friends or solo adventurers.

Shared access to kitchen, living room, laundry and additional washrooms if needed. Access to home gym equipment in garage. Our home has a cat. We are located near bus routes and are a 30 minute walk to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and parks downtown. Free parking on quiet residential street.
