NOTE: We are taking extra care to disinfect for COVID19. Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.

The Suites at Lava Hot Springs are wonderful hotel-like accommodations, lovingly restored in a charming historic building, in the heart of the downtown core at Lava Hot Springs. This cozy studio has everything you need for 2 including: one queen size bed, cable tv, 1 bath, a mini fridge and microwave. This room is the perfect place for enjoying Lava Hot Springs and its World Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River or playing in the Olympic Pool with slides. A number of restaurants, shops, and bars can be reached within 5 minutes walk of our location. Please note: After booking your suite- expect an additonal email from our booking platform, "OwnerRez " our reservation platform to complete your renters agreement and security hold ($200 in case of incidentals) put into place.

The space is 2 floors above the garage w/ own entrance,2 bedrooms, loft,1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette, use of grill & firepit in yard. The main house is not rented out and separates the Family Suite from the Fun Suite. Both Family & Fun Suite (which has a pool table) can be rented together. You are looking at the Family Suite.
