Our space in Decatur is very close to the city’s wonderful shops. Marta and the Emory Shuttle provide easy transport service to the airport, Downtown Atlanta, CDC, Emory, Buckhead, etc. Decatur is quiet, safe, cute & walk-able. This space includes a full size bed, a desk, and a table with snacks. Also included is a private bathroom. While staying here, you are considered a RESIDENT. Resident Parking is on the street in front or side of the house.The rental only includes space described above.

Spacious private bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood in the Decatur area within the I-285 perimeter. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers among others. The condominium is smoke and pet free. The room comes with free guest parking. Want to walk to Emory or to the CDC? This is a location jackpot! We are primarily interested in hosting students, faculty, and visitors affiliated with the Emory/CDC community. We are open to a semester long stay on a case by case basis. The space is a guest room in beautifully updated and restored mid-century modern home. Outdoor seating area, in front and back. Friendly hosts with a small friendly dog. 1/4 mile walk to shopping, restaurants, and to the shuttle hub for Emory and the CDC.
